ACURE™ 500 by allnex is a blocked catalyst used in ACURE systems. It consists of a strong base which is blocked with di-ethyl carbonate. It unblocks with the release of alcohol and carbondioxide and is the key enabler to the provision of fast dry times with long pot lives in ACURE coatings. <br>

<li>It harness the high reactivity of Michael Addition enabling paint formulators to design two-component coatings.</li>

<li>ACURE® 510-100 is used in topcoats for marine-, protective- and industrial applications and in various premium, non-isocyanate systems.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> ACURE® 510-170 by allnex is a malonate functional polyester resin for use as a donor resin in ACURE systems. It contains succinimide (1.45-1.55%) which acts as a kinetic additive increasing the open time and gloss of paints.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides long pot life and excellent hardness development along with excellent outdoor durability, high crosslink density and outstanding chemical resistance.</li>
<li>ACURE® 510-170 is suitable for extremely fast drying topcoats for use in marine-, protective- and industrial applications and various premium, non-isocyanate systems.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> ACURE™ 510-174 by allnex is a malonate-functional polyester resin designed for use as a donor resin. It provides excellent hardness development and improved early hardness development due to the increased functionality and resulting cross-link density as compared to ACURE™ 510-170.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers improved drying performance, excellent outdoor durability and outstanding chemical resistance.</li>
<li>It is used in combination with other ACURE™ malonated polyesters to tune the cross-link density and related properties of the formulation.</li>
<li>Paints formulated with this resin generally exhibit long pot lives and tuneable open times.</li>
<li>ACURE™ 510-174 is used in extremely fast-drying topcoats for industrial, ACE, marine & protective, wood, various premium and non-isocyanate topcoat systems.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 545 days.</li></ul> ACURE® 510-270 by allnex is a malonate functional polyester resin with a CH equivalent weight for use as a donor resin in grade systems. It shows robust adhesion on epoxy amine primers, excellent hardness development coupled with high cross-link densities and good chemical resistance. It contains 1.5 ± 0.05% succinimide.<br>

<li>It has a shelf life of 365 days.</li></ul> ACURE® 550-105 by allnex is an acid-free tetra functional polyester acrylate. It is solvent-free and characterized by light color, low irritancy, excellent overall properties and excellent durability. It offers high cross-link density, good gloss and excellent early hardness development.<br>

<li>ACURE® 550-105 is suitable for marine, protective, industrial, wood and flooring applications.</li>

<li>ACURE® 510-200 is suitable for topcoats for use in marine, protective, industrial and various premium, non-isocyanate topcoat systems. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 365 days from the date of manufacturing.</li></ul> ACURE™ 510-375 by allnex is a high flow, modified malonate-functional polyester resin. It contains succinimide, a kinetic additive which increases pot-life and open time. It acts as a donor resin in non-isocyanate coating systems. It offers abrasion- and mar resistance, improved flexibility and adhesion on multiple substrates.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Topcoats based on ACURE™ 510-375 exhibit excellent hardness development, excellent outdoor durability, high crosslink densities and outstanding chemical resistance.</li>
<li>It is recommended for solvent-free systems, premium industrial topcoats applied over epoxy primers, and topcoats for wood.</li>

<li>It has a shelf life of 365 days.</li></ul> ACURE™ 550-200 by allnex is a fast curing, acid-free acrylic-based acrylate. It offers a polymeric acrylate alternative when monomers are not allowed. It is used as part of the acceptor in ACURE technology paints and in low amounts, 10% or less of the acceptor. ACURE™ 550-200 is suitable for clear coats for kitchen cabinets when blended with a urethane-based acrylate.
