Tolonate™ HDB 75 MX by Vencorex is an aliphatic polyisocyanate biuret (HDI homo-polymer). Shows good compatibility with polyesters, excellent abrasion-, solvent- and chemical- resistance. Offers good adhesion to various substrates and good balance between hardness and flexibility. Used in combination with hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates, in the preparation of two component systems for weatherable coatings. Tolonate™ HDB 75 MX is also used in protective coatings for industrial maintenance and topcoats for transportation and metallic devices.
