Tolonate™ HDB 75 M

Tolonate™ HDB 75 M by Vencorex is an aliphatic polyisocyanate biuret (HDI homo-polymer). Enables good compatibility with polyesters, excellent solvent-, abrasion- chemical-resistance, adhesion to various substrates and good balance between hardness & flexibility. Soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons. Used in protective coatings for industrial maintenance & auto refinish and polyurethane coatings with no aromatic solvent. Tolonate™ HDB 75 M also finds use in conventional two component polyester/alkyd urethanes coatings.

Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI)

Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) by Vencorex is aliphatic and used in the chemical synthesis of aliphatic polyisocyanates and polyurethanes, such as aqueous dispersible polyurethane polymers (PUD) showing exceptional weathering resistance and flexibility. Applications include resins for UV radiation curing and PU elastomers. Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) has a shelf life of 12 months.
