HEUCOPHOS® CAPP by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a zinc-free corrosion inhibitor. It is a high-performance pigment based on calcium aluminum polyphosphate silicate hydrate. It is designed for aircraft primers, wash & shop primers, coil coatings, direct to metal (DTM) coatings, powder coatings and UV cured systems.
  • It exhibits high electrochemical effectiveness due to altered chemical structure design.
  • It possesses a higher phosphate content compared to most orthophosphates enabling excellent long-term protective behavior.
  • It is suitable for solvent-based coatings including long-, short- & medium oil alkyds, high solids alkyds & epoxies (with low or no VOC), epoxy esters as well as 2K-, high solids- and moisture-cured polyurethanes.
  • HEUCOPHOS® CAPP is also used in water-based coatings including alkyd emulsions, 2K epoxies, 1K & 2K polyurethanes, silicone resins, acrylic & modified acrylics and butadiens.
