HEUCOPHOS® SRPP

HEUCOPHOS® SRPP by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a zinc-free corrosion inhibitor. It is a high-performance pigment based on modified strontium aluminum polyphosphate hydrate. It is designed for powder coatings and UV cured systems.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It possesses higher phosphate content compared to most orthophosphates, allowing excellent long-term protective behavior.</li> <li>It is a special adjustment of HEUCOPHOS® SAPP, and is used as a replacement of chromates in high-performance applications, mainly in coil coatings and aircraft primers.</li> <li>It exhibits high electrochemical effectiveness due to altered chemical structure design.</li> <li>HEUCOPHOS® SRPP is suitable for water-based coatings based on alkyd emulsions, 2K epoxies, 1K & 2K polyurethanes, silicone resins, acrylic & modified acrylics and butadiens (with low or no VOC).</li> <li>It is also used in solvent-based coatings based on high solids alkyds & epoxies (with low or no VOC), 2K epoxies, 2K- and high solids polyurethanes.</li> </ul>

Colanyl® Green GG 131

Colanyl® Green GG 131 by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a binder-free, aqueous pigment preparation (Pigment Green 7, CI 74260) based on non-ionic and/or anionic wetting & dispersing agents and propylene glycol. It possesses a pourable & pumpable consistency and is suitable for manual & automatic dispensing equipment. It is manufactured without using alkyl phenol ethoxylated (APEO) additives.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits excellent light- & weathering fastness and good durability, making it ideal for interior and exterior use.</li> <li>Possible applications include water-based decorative paints, emulsion paints, latices, aqueous wood stains and wood varnishes.</li> <li>Colanyl® Green GG 131 is also used in water-resistant drawing inks, synthetic resign bound renderings, and acrylic & polyester casting resins.</li> <li>It is miscible in all proportions with each other pigment preparation of the Colanyl® 100 range.</li></ul>

Permanent Orange RL 70

Permanent Orange RL 70 by Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a non-blooming, reddish-orange pigment (Pigment Orange 34, CI 21115) with very good hiding power. Due to its very good flow properties in paints, it can be used even at high pigment concentrations (25-30% pigment relative to solid binder) without affecting the gloss.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers excellent acid-, alkali-, butanol- & water fastness, high tinting strength and brilliance.</li> <li>It exhibits good light- & weather-fastness and moderate solvent fastness properties.</li> <li>Permanent Orange RL 70 is suitable for the production of opaque orange shades for lead-free and low-lead paints mainly for interior use.</li> <li>It is recommended for industrial coatings, water-based paints, air-drying alkyds, physically drying paints, baking enamels, acid cured paints and isocyanate-cured paints.</li></ul>
