Siltech® C-216 by Siltech is a reactive silicone glycol surfactant with carbinol functionality. Prevents pigment separation and improves flow-out, wetting, leveling and gloss. Provides anti-blocking benefits, as well as slip-, mar-, rub- and abrasion resistance. Designed for solvent-based coatings and inks. It is listed with TSCA, NDSL, EINECS, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI and TCSI inventories. It has a shelf life of 36 months at 10-40°C. Siltech® C-216 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.1-0.5 %wt and is supplied at a 10% concentration in toluene.
