Tallicin® 4055 by Pflaumer Brothers is a solvent-free bubble-release, flow and leveling agent for 2K polyaspartics, polyurethanes, and epoxies. It is used for concrete floor coatings particularly those with dry film thickness greater than 10 mils. It helps to minimize both macro bubbles and micro bubbles.
- It minimizes surface defects including pinholes, craters and orange peel.
- It is designed for use in primers and topcoats, both clear and pigmented, including high-solids and solvent-free formulations.
- Tallicin® 4055 can also be used with polyester, acrylic, alkyd, and chlorinated rubber systems.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.1% to 2.0% based on total formulation weight.
- It has shelf life of 12 months.
