CoatOSil™ 1211C by Momentive Performance Materials is a non-foaming silane. Acts as a wetting agent for waterborne systems on hard-to-wet and standard substrates. It can reduce the levels of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and surface tension. Possible applications include spray or high-speed roll-applied coatings and coatings applied to plastic films/ plastic components, glass, wood and contaminated (oily) metal surfaces. CoatOSil™ 1211C does not affect reactability.
