Propylmatte 31HD

Propylmatte 31HD by Micro Powders is a finely micronized densified polypropylene for consistent matting and gloss control. It imparts efficient gloss reduction from satin to a matte finish, non-slip properties and improved resistance to burnishing. It offers optimized particle density to essentially eliminate flotation or settling. It is suitable for use in water-based and energy-curable inks, paints and coatings. Applicable in industrial- (plastic, metal, masonry and leather), wood-, interior and exterior can-, container-, coil- and floor coatings as well as architectural wall and trim paints, stains, sealers and varnishes, printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Propylmatte 31HD has a recommended addition level of 2.0-5.0%.
