Surface conditioners are trending toward water-based, solvent-free, and multifunctional variants that promote adhesion while minimizing formulation complexity. Available in both solvent-based and water-based formats, these products are also being reformulated to comply with tightening global standards on volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
