MPP-611 by Micro Powders is a high-performance grade of micronized polyethylene wax. It imparts excellent rub and mar resistance with good surface slip. Provides excellent anti-blocking and good heat resistance properties. It shows better resistance to solvent absorption and swelling when compared to fischer-tropsch (synthetic) waxes. It is used in water-based, solvent-based and energy-curable coatings and inks. Designed for use in industrial (including plastic and metal), stains, sealers, varnishes, wood, powder, interior and exterior can and container, coil and seed coatings as well as printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). MPP-611 has a recommended dosage of 1.0-3.0%.
