Microspersion® 520

Microspersion® 520 by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable anionic wax dispersion of ethylene bis stearamide (EBS). Offers maximum surface slip, scratch resistance, lubrication and release properties with an excellent surface feel. Provides high melting point to improve heat and block resistance. Exhibits low COF and reduced dust buildup on sanding belts. Microspersion® 520 is applicable in water-based industrial (including plastic and metal), wood, interior and exterior can and container coatings as well as printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). Recommended addition level of 2.0-5.0% on total formula weight.
