Microspersion® 31HD-40

Microspersion® 31HD-40 by Micro Powders is a convenient, ready-to-use, pourable nonionic wax dispersion of finely micronized densified polypropylene for consistent matting and gloss control with superior in-can stability. Offers efficient gloss reduction from satin to a matte finish. It improves burnish resistance vs silica mattifiers and imparts anti-slip properties. Exhibits optimized particle density to eliminate flotation or settling in most water-based systems. It is used in industrial (including plastic, metal, masonry and leather), architectural wall and trim paints, stains, sealers and varnishes as well as wood-, exterior can and container coatings. Also, suitable for printing inks and OPVs (including flexo and gravure). Microspersion® 31HD-40 has a recommended dosage level of 2.0 - 5.0%
