Fluo 400SM by Micro Powders is a high performance PTFE wax. I consists of aggregated sub-micron PTFE spheres ideal for thin film coatings and gloss retention. 5.0 µm PTFE clusters can be media milled into individual nanospheres <300 nm. Provides superior lubricity as well as rub-, heat- and abrasion resistance. Designed for water- & solvent-based and energy curable industrial coatings including plastic and metal, printing inks, flexo and gravure overprint varnishes. Also used in interior and exterior can & container coatings, coil, powder and seed coatings. It is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5-1 %wt. Fluo 400SM conforms to (EU) 2017/1000.
