Carboset® CR-7185E

Carboset® CR-7185E by Lubrizol is an APEO-free acrylic copolymer emulsion. It offers good adhesion, hardness, low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR), fast drying and durability. It is designed for air- and forced-dry coating on wood, metal and plastic substrates.

• It can be formulated into both clear and pigmented finishes suitable for both DIY and industrial (OEM) coatings.
• It exhibits excellent resistance to gasoline, humidity, solvent and dirt pick-up.
• It can be blended with Sancure® 1514 dispersion, waterborne aromatic polyurethane, it provides toughness and wear resistance in clear wood finishes for trim and flooring.
• It also offers abrasion-, block-, chemical-, corrosion-, stain-, alkali-, and scratch resistance.
• It can be readily formulated for application by brush, roll, spray, dip and flow coatings.
• It is suitable for clear wood floor finishes, clear concrete sealers and curing membranes, business machine coatings and implement enamels.
• It is also recommended for protective, automotive ancillary, transportation, building and construction coatings.
