Matt hardener SA2167

Matt hardener SA2167 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a synthetic resin based matting agent. With proper resin, it can provide 10% (60°) or less of gloss (suggested to choose slow curing polyester, should not be used alone with fast curing polyester). Offers excellent flow and weather resistance. Possesses good stability for baking, recommended to use on anti-yellowing conditions. Has outstanding mechanical properties, much better scratch/friction resistance than PE/GMA matting system and outstanding gloss stability as well as reproducibility, satisfying wide ranges of extrusion processing. Used for applying in exterior PES/TGIC powder coatings. The use level of Matt hardener SA2167 is 2-6% by weight of total formula, depends on the gloss required.
