Omnirad TPO by IGM Resins is a highly efficient, low yellowing, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers such as acrylates, after exposure to UV light.
  • It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.
  • It can be used as the sole initiator or in combination with other photoinitiators such as alpha hydroxyl ketones.
  • It is suitable for surface, through and LED cure.
  • It is applicable for clear, white, pigmented and water-based systems.
  • It is designed for UV radiation curing systems.
  • It is used in paper, wood, metal, plastics, glass coatings and inks.
  • The recommended addition level is 0.3-3% by weight of formulation.
  • Omnirad TPO has a shelf life of 24 months.
