Omnipol ASA by IGM Resins is a polymeric amine synergist specifically designed for use in inks requiring low volatility. It is designed for UV radiation curing system.
- It is particularly suited to use in combination with low migration Type II photoinitiators as Omnipol BP and TX.
- It has a very low odor and has excellent performance in black and heavily pigmented systems in combination with Omnipol TX.
- It is suitable for surface cure and has recommended dosage level is 5 - 15% by weight of formulation.
- It is designed for clear, white and pigmented systems.
- It is used in both offset and flexographic inks, as well as plastic, wood and metal coatings.
- Omnipol ASA has a shelf life of 24 months.
