Tyzor® TPT

Supplied byDorf Ketal- Last Updated on May 22, 2023

Tyzor® TPT by Dorf Ketal acts as a crosslinking agent, catalyst and adhesion promoter. It is 100% active, highly reactive organic alkoxy titanate. It increases surface hardness, promotes adhesion, enhances color and iridescence. It improves heat and light reflection, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. It increases yield, provides easier work up at low concentration. It is used as a Lewis acid catalyst in processes such as esterification, transesterification, condensation, addition, polymerizations and similar reactions. Tyzor® TPT is suitable for Ziegler-Natta catalysis for olefin polymerization. It is also used in glass coatings, metal coating, fillers, pigments, –OH, COOH and similar functional polymers or binders.
