Photomer® 6184

Photomer® 6184 distributed by DKSH is a medium viscosity, non-volatile and non-yellowing aliphatic urethane triacrylate oligomer diluted in TPGDA. It is used as a very good film former in UV/EB curable formulations such as electronic coatings including solder masks, conformal coatings and encapsulants.

• It offers good cure response, low odor, ease of handling and tensile strength.
• It is suitable for lithographic printing inks, overprint coatings (varnishes) for paper/paperboard, plastics and metals, and as a very good base resin for screen printing inks.
• Photomer® 6184 forms tough, durable films with very good temperature stability, superior solvent resistance, high surface hardness and good flexibility.
• It provides high gloss, high build and protection to printed surfaces.
• The shelf life of Photomer® 6184 is 12 months.
• It is available in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and France.
