DELTA SC® 2777 by Delta Specialties is a silicone-free polyacrylate-based additive having high molecular weight and very broad compatibility. It prevents formation of craters without stabilizing foam. It is a solution of acrylate copolymer. It does not cause any inter-coat adhesion problems.
- It improves leveling and helps substrate wetting.
- It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface.
- It is compatible with acid curable resin, acrylic resin, alkyd resin and chlorinated rubber.
- It provides 'long wave' levelling performance and increases gloss of the coating system.
- It is suitable for clear coatings, solvent-based and solvent-free epoxy, unsaturated polyester, and silicon resin.
- It finds application in transportation coatings.
- DELTA SC® 2777 is used for packaging inks such as flexographic and gravure inks.
