DISPERBYK® -192

DISPERBYK® -192 by BYK is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting- and dispersing agent based on modified polyether. It is suitable for aqueous coating systems and liquid color masterbatches.

• It provides deflocculation and steric stabilization of pigments.
• Offers high gloss and improved color strength.
• Increases transparency and hiding power.
• It reduces viscosity, improves leveling, and allows high pigment loading.
• It is specially suitable for the production of resin free, stable pigment concentrates.
• Recommended dosage levels are titanium dioxides 2-5%, organic pigments 10-15% and carbon blacks 10-20%.
• DISPERBYK® -192 is used for architectural-, industrial-, coil and wood and furniture coatings, automotive paints.
• Also suitable for anti corrosion systems, gravure, flexographic and silk screen printing inks.
• It has a shelf life of 36 months.
