Borchi® Kat 315 by Borchers (Milliken) is a highly reactive, tin-free catalyst. It accelerates the chemical reaction between the polyol and isocyanate component of polyurethane foam systems.
  • It is an ideal replacement for other polyurethane catalysts, especially for amines and tin-based products like DBTL.
  • It ensures fast blocking stability and offers earlier solvent resistance, sanding capability and higher film hardness.
  • It is recommended for solvent-based and solvent-free pigmented one-and two-component polyurethane coatings.
  • It is designed for use in automotive refinish, RTV silicones, general industrial and coil coatings.
  • The dosage level of Borchi® Kat 315 is 0.01 and 0.03% calculated on solid binder.
