Joncryl® 8310 by BASF is a high-performance hydroxyl-functional, self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion. It ensures good hardness in one-component (1K) systems which can be further enhanced via crosslinking with isocyanates. It is an alternative to solvent-based products for wood coatings. It provides high chemical & scratch resistance, good grain enhancement and dry film clarity.
- It exhibits excellent dry film clarity and offers improved appearance (gloss and transparency), durability and easy handling.
- It is recommended for primers and topcoats for medium to high-quality 1K and 2K PU furniture and flooring applications.
- It is use as 1K and 2K PU dispersion for clear & pigmented systems.
- Joncryl® 8310 is suitable for waterborne and low volatile organic compounds (VOC) systems.
