EBECRYL® 8604

EBECRYL® 8604 by allnex is an EB/ UV energy curable aliphatic urethane tetraacrylate. It is non-yellowing and offers light color, low odor, excellent reactivity combined with good hardness and toughness. It exhibits good abrasion resistance, and excellent exterior durability. It is blended with higher functional (penta or greater) oligomers, improves reactivity and weatherability while increasing the ductility with minimum impact surface hardness. It is applied by reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion & spin coating methods, and screen printing. EBECRYL® 8604 is recommended for automotive OEM or re-finish, exterior durable topcoats for wood, plastic coatings, metal & optical coatings, and screen inks.
