SETALUX® 17-1611 by allnex is hydroxy functional acrylic resin designed for use with aliphatic isocyanate resins in two-component systems. These systems produce ambient curing high performance coatings. Laboratory testing indicates excellent resistance to salt spray, water soak and humidity. Based on accelerated weathering tests, it has excellent exterior durability.

• It provides good flexibility and chemical resistance properties.
• It is suitable for industrial high performance coatings for wood, metal or plastics and fast drying industrial primers and topcoats.
• Recommended for topcoats for transportation, chemical maintenance or construction equipment and spot repair clearcoats for car refinishes.

DEGALAN® LP 64/12 distributed by DKSH is a versatile binder methacrylates. It exhibits weather- and chemical resistance and lightfastness.

• It is used in UV-printing inks, aerosol, marine & container coatings, primers, impregnations, exterior house-, masonry- and road marking paints.
It is blendable with alcohol and possesses good adhesion to various substrates such as plastics, paper, textiles and metal.
• It is also designed for penetrating primers, concrete- and protective coatings.
• It is compatible with most PVC copolymers, PS, PC, PMMA, ABS, ester-soluble nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, plasticizer, cellulose acetobutyrates/ acetopropionate and partly compatible with alkyd and epoxy ester resins.
• It has a shelf life of 5 years.
• DEGALAN® LP 64/12 is available in Canada.

DEGALAN® 64/12 N distributed by DKSH is a granulated polymer based on methacrylates. It is versatile binder for concrete- and thick-layer metal coatings. It exhibits weather- and chemical resistance and lightfastness.

• It is used in marine & container coatings, primers, impregnations, exterior house- and road marking paints and plastic coatings.
• It is compatible with most PVC copolymers, nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, plasticizer, cellulose acetobutyrates/acetopropionate and partly compatible with alkyd and epoxy ester resins.
• DEGALAN® 64/12 N has a shelf life of 5 years and is available in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

THIXATROL® ST by Elementis acts as a rheological additive for use in aliphatic and aromatic solvent-based coatings. It is an organically modified castor oil derivative. It provides increased viscosity, thixotropy, pigment suspension and sag control. It improves the flow and leveling of powder coatings. It is suitable for chlorinated rubber- and decorative coatings, traffic- and anti-fouling paints.

• It offers controlled penetration into porous substrates and imparts excellent package stability and reproducibility.
• It shows no adverse effect on paint durability and no influence on water-resistance of organic systems.
• It is non-yellowing in the final formulation and does not normally react with system components.
• THIXATROL® ST is used in epoxies, polyurethanes, varnishes, air dry industrial-, high build- and hammer finishes.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.8% by weight.
• It has a shelf life of 4 years.

Bentone® 34 by Elementis acts as a rheological additive designed for low to intermediate polarity organic systems. It is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. It prevents pigment settling during storage and syneresis in thixotropic systems.

• It improves flow and leveling and controls sagging on vertical surfaces and penetration on porous substrates.
• It increases viscosity and provides thixotropy.
• It is used for anti-corrosive paints, automotive finishes, coil coating systems, dip coatings and industrial finishes.
• Also used in interior and exterior house paints including do-it-yourself paints, paint stripper pastes, printing inks, refinishes for household appliances and road marking paints.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5% for house and industrial paints, 0.5-1% for primer and 0.2-0.3 for aqueous systems.
• Bentone® 34 has a shelf life of 4 years.

SETALUX® 1276 SS-60 by allnex is a fast cure acrylic polyol with 2.7% hydroxyl value (calculated on non-volatiles). Hardness development and chemical resistance are very fast and is ready to buff in 30 minutes. It is suitable for clearcoat for two component vehicles refinish and transport. In addition, SETALUX® 1276 SS-60 contributes excellent application properties, excellent gloss and DOI. The shelf life is 12 months.

SETALUX® 1906 BA-75 by allnex is an acrylic polyol with 4.0% hydroxyl value (calculated on non-volatiles). SETALUX® 1906 BA-75 possesses fast drying, high build, gloss, excellent mechanical properties and good outdoor durability. It is suitable for industrial high solid stoving topcoat and clearcoat. Recommended for forced drying coatings for ACE, commercial transport and vehicle refinish.

SETALUX® 57-2500 by allnex is an extremely fast cure, VOC-free, hydroxy-functional acrylic polyol with 16% hydroxyl content (calculated on non-volatiles). It provides excellent application properties, excellent gloss, distinctness of image (DOI) and very good durability. It is designed for fast curing clearcoat or single-stage paint applications. It can be used as modifier resin for two component basecoats and monocoats. SETALUX® 57-2500 is used in clearcoats and monocoats for vehicle refinish and transportation. The shelf life is 3 years at temperature up to 100°F.

SETALUX® 57-1608 by allnex is a hydroxy functional acrylic polyol resin designed for use with aliphatic isocyanate resins in two-component systems. It is based on accelerated weathering tests exterior durability is excellent. This product displays excellent drying- & application properties, good flexibility and chemical resistance properties. SETALUX® 57-1608 is used in industrial high-performance coatings for wood, metal or plastics and industrial topcoats for transportation, chemical maintenance or construction equipment. It is also suitable for industrial topcoats & spot repair clearcoats for car refinishes and fast drying industrial primers and topcoats. This product is stable for 3 years at temperatures up to 100°F.

SETALUX® 17-1190 by allnex is an acrylic polyol with 4.5% hydroxyl value that is designed for use with aliphatic polyisocyanates in two-component coatings. It provides cure at ambient temperature providing glossy, hard, durable coatings with excellent gloss retention. It offers excellent distinctness of image (DOI), good outdoor durability, excellent resistance and excellent application properties. SETALUX® 17-1190 is used in clearcoats for vehicle refinishes, industrial two-component topcoats and solid color systems for refinishing and transportation coatings. The shelf life is 3 years.
