Tolonate™ HDT by Wanhua Chemical is a medium viscosity, solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homo-polymer). It offers excellent outdoor durability and mechanical properties. Provides outstanding resistance to solvents, abrasion and chemicals.

• It is used as a crosslinker of hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols, to prepare two-component polyurethane coatings.
• Tolonate™ HDT is recommended for coatings for automotive, industrial machinery, plastic parts and car repair.
• It has a shelf life of 2 years.

Tolonate™ HDT 90 by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homopolymer). It exhibits excellent outdoor durability and mechanical properties. Offers outstanding resistance to solvents, abrasion and chemicals.

• It is used as a crosslinker of hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols, to prepare two-component polyurethane coatings.
• Tolonate™ HDT 90 is recommended for automotive OEM, car repair, general industry and plastic coatings.
• It has a shelf life of 2 years.

Basonat® HA 1000 by BASF is a solvent-free, low-viscosity allophanate-modified polyisocyanate based on isocyanurated hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It allows broad choice of solvents. It is used to formulate particularly lightfast and weather-resistant high solids coatings and two-pack polyurethane coatings.

• Basonat® HA 1000 is recommended for interior and exterior general industrial metal-, plastic component- and wood coatings for floor, furniture or millwork and automotive OEM or refinish applications.

Basonat® HI 100 NG by BASF is a solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate. Offers better gloss retention and maximum weather resistance. It is recommended for lightfast and weather-resistant two-pack polyurethane coatings.

• It is suitable for interior and exterior general industrial metal coating, plastic component coating, wood coatings for floor and furniture or millwork.
• Basonat® HI 100 NG is also applicable for interior and exterior automotive OEM or refinish applications.

Basonat® HB 100 by BASF is a solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate based on biuret-modified hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). Exhibits excellent weather and chemical resistance, non-yellowing and physical properties. It is used to crosslink most hydroxy-containing resins and hydroxy functional polyesters.

• Recommended for lightfast two-pack polyurethane coatings.
• It is suitable for use in primers for difficult substrates such as aluminum or plastics.
• Applicable for interior & exterior general industrial metal coating, plastic component coating, wood coatings for floor, furniture or millwork, and automotive OEM or refinish applications.
• Basonat® HB 100 is listed with TSCA, OSHA and EPCRA 311/312.

Basonat® HB 275 B by BASF is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on biuret modified hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is 75% solids solution in n-butyl acetate. It is non-yellowing with excellent chemical resistance and physical properties.

• It can be diluted with esters, ketones, glycolether acetates or with aromatic hydrocarbons.
• It is used to crosslink most hydroxy-containing resins and hydroxy functional polyesters.
• It is recommended for the formulation of lightfast and weather-resistant coatings.
• It is suitable for use in primers for difficult substrates such as aluminum or plastics.
• Basonat® HB 275 B is applicable for interior & exterior general industrial metal coating, plastic component coating, wood coatings for floor, furniture or millwork and automotive OEM or refinish applications.

Basonat® HB 175 MP/X by BASF is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on biuret-modified hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is an approximately 75% solids solution in a 1:1 blend of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate and xylene.

• It exhibits excellent weather and chemical resistance, non-yellowing and excellent physical properties.
• It can be diluted with esters, ketones, glycolether acetates or with aromatic hydrocarbons.
• It is used to crosslink most hydroxy-containing resins and hydroxy functional polyesters.
• It is recommended for the formulation of lightfast and weather-resistant coatings.
• It is suitable for use in primers for difficult substrates such as aluminum or plastics.
• Basonat® HB 175 MP/X is applicable for interior & exterior general industrial metal coating, plastic component coating, wood coatings for floor, furniture or millwork and automotive OEM or refinish applications.

Tolonate™ X FLO 100 by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic isocyanate, based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is a partially bio-based with extremely low viscosity. It contains 32% of carbon from renewable resources and offers outstanding outdoor durability. It is recommended for low VOC formulations including high solids, solvent free or waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings and varnishes.

• It can be used as a co-crosslinker in two component polyurethane and polyaspartics formulations in combination with other HDI derivatives in order to improve flexibility and hydrophobicity.
• Tolonate™ X FLO 100 is suitable for general industry, protective coating and flooring.
• It has a recommended usage level of 10-30%.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months.

Lupranat® MM 103 by BASF is carbodiimide-modified diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate (MDI) monomer. It is used for the production of polyurethanes. Lupranat® MM 103 is recommended for use in coatings.

Tolonate™ HDB 75 BX by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate biuret (HDI homo-polymer). It is a blend of butyl acetate and xylene. Provides outstanding outdoor durability and mechanical properties. Enables good compatibility with polyesters and excellent abrasion-, solvent- & chemical- resistance.

• It is used as a crosslinker of hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols, to prepare two-component polyurethane coatings.
• It is suitable for car repair, general industry, and transportation.
• Tolonate™ HDB 75 BX has a shelf life of 2 years.
