EPON™ Resin 162

It can be used as the sole resin component or in combination with standard epoxy resins. It has relatively low viscosity with good thermal stability, superior chemical resistance and ease of handling. It exhibits ease of processing. It is applicable for adhesives. It has long pot life, rapid development of hot hardness and maximum elevated temperature strength retention. It is designed for high temperature adhesives. It provides greater reactivity when combined with most curing agents. This low color grade displays good chemical resistance. It has slightly higher viscosity than standard liquid epoxy. EPON™ Resin 1031-A-70 by Westlake Epoxy is a multifunctional epoxy resin supplied in solution. It is used to improve the properties of cured epoxy resin systems particularly at elevated temperatures.
