EPON™ Resin 862 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity, liquid epoxy resin manufactured from epichlorohydrin and Bisphenol-F. It contains no diluents or modifiers. It may be used as the sole epoxy resin or combined with other resins such as EPON™ Resin 828. When blended, it offers an effective way to reduce viscosity without compromising chemical and solvent resistance. The resulting resin also demonstrates improved resistance to crystallization compared to neat liquid Bisphenol-A or Bisphenol-F type resins.<br>
