EPON™ Resin 58901 by Westlake Epoxy is a high viscosity, elastomer modified epoxy functional adduct. It is formed from the reaction of EPON™ Resin 828 and a carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile elastomer. The primary use of this resin is in the modification of conventional epoxy systems to increase flexibility and impart tack to provide early green strength to adhesive systems.
  • It shows broad compatibility with conventional bisphenol A epoxies.
  • The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 58901 is 5 years.
