EPI-REZ™ Resin 3515-W-60 by Westlake Epoxy is a non-ionic, aqueous dispersion of a bisphenol A epoxy resin. It is mechanically stable and offers moderate viscosity. It is free from organic solvent. It is completely water reducible, providing wide latitude for viscosity reduction. <br>

In combination with epoxy curing agents and dilution with water it forms resin in water emulsions. It forms uniform dispersions in water in combination with aliphatic amine curing agents, including adducts, amidoamines, polyamides, and accelerated amines. It is used in sealers. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin WD-510 is 3 years. EPI-REZ™ Resin 5003-W-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a non-ionic aqueous dispersion of a polyfunctional aromatic epoxy resin with an average functionality of three. It is intended for high-performance applications such as adhesives which require maximum chemical and solvent resistance and elevated temperature service. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 5003-W-55 is 1 year. EPI-REZ™ Resin WD-512 by Westlake Epoxy is a liquid epoxy water-dispersible resin designed for convenient water dilution. When mixed under agitation, it forms a fine particle dispersion of epoxy resin in water. This dilution can be accomplished at all solids levels to meet the desired viscosity and handling characteristics. <br>

It is a 53% solids dispersion of EPON™ Resin 1007 in water and methoxy propanol (PM). When it is crosslinked with an appropriate resole, melamine, UF resin, dicyanamide or other curative, thermoset finishes are obtained that offer performance comparable to solvent-borne epoxy finishes. This resin dispersion may also be used to formulate non-HAPS industrial ambient cure coatings in conjunction with waterborne EPIKURE™ amine curing agents. It displays good adhesion to metal & glass. It is designed for use in formulating adhesives. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3546-WH-53 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3540-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a 55% solids dispersion of an EPON™ Resin 1007F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is a non-ionic stable dispersion of high molecular weight epoxy resin. It displays good adhesion to steel or aluminum. It is compatible with a variety of aminoplast resin. This grade is stable with a wide range of solvents. It is designed for use in film adhesives. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3540-WY-55 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3520-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a 55% non-volatile dispersion of EPON™ Resin 1001F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is polyfunctional epoxy resin dispersion. It offers good compatibility with various solvents and curing agents. When combined with suitable curing agents, it offers the potential for high performance aqueous systems. It offers high gloss, excellent stability, insensitive to pH and mechanically stable. It is designed for adhesives. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3520-WY-55 has a shelf life of 1 year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 5522-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a 55 percent non-volatile dispersion of a modified 1002 type epoxy resin in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is polyfunctional epoxy resin dispersion. It provides good compatibility with several amine functional water reducible converters. It is suggested for use with water reducible EPIKURE™ 8290-Y-60 Curing Agent. It offers rapid room temperature cure, low volatile organic content (VOC), long-term water and humidity resistance. It exhibits performance versatility, corrosion resistance over a variety of substrates and adhesion to damp concrete. EPI-REZ™ Resin 5522-WY-55 is used in sealers. It has a shelf life of 1 year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3521-WY-53 by Westlake Epoxy is a 53% solids dispersion of an EPON™ Resin 1001F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is compatible with a variety of water reducible curing agents. When combined with suitable curing agents it offers the potential for high-performance aqueous systems. It offers the same molecular weight epoxy resin as standard solvent-borne epoxy systems. It provides high gloss, low viscosity, excellent stability, insensitivity to pH, negligible solvent odor. It is mechanically stable and non-settling or creaming on storage. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3521-WY-53 is used in transportation (cars, trucks and aircrafts), buildings and electronics applications. EPI-REZ™ Resin 6006-W-68 by Westlake Epoxy is a waterborne dispersion of an epoxidized ortho-cresylic novolac with an average functionality of six. This dispersion contains no organic co-solvents. It dries to a clear, tack-free film or can be cured with a most conventional curing agent. It is a high functionality resin with high-temperature stability and easy handling. It offers good chemical- and abrasion resistance, no VOC and superior hydrolytic stability. It is used in adhesive applications. EPI-REZ™ Resin 6006-W-68 has a shelf life of 1 year.
