EPI-REZ™ Resin 3521-WY-53 by Westlake Epoxy is a 53% solids dispersion of an EPON™ Resin 1001F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is compatible with a variety of water reducible curing agents. When combined with suitable curing agents it offers the potential for high-performance aqueous systems. It offers the same molecular weight epoxy resin as standard solvent-borne epoxy systems. It provides high gloss, low viscosity, excellent stability, insensitivity to pH, negligible solvent odor. It is mechanically stable and non-settling or creaming on storage. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3521-WY-53 is used in transportation (cars, trucks and aircrafts), buildings and electronics applications.
