PANGEL® W by Tolsa is a rheological additive for aqueous systems. It is designed to improve anti-sagging and anti-sedimentation performance during storage.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers easy dispersion & controlled viscosity and enables formulation of a milling paste with a higher solids content.</li>
<li>It provides adequate consistency, excellent synerisis control, good leveling and good brushability.</li>
<li>PANGEL® W is suitable for water-based, ready mix adhesives.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is between 0.1% and 1%.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> PANGEL® M90F by Tolsa is a chloride-free, high purity sodium bentonite-based rheological additive with a selected particle size. It is specially developed to modify the rheology of joint compounds, plasters and fillers formulated in both powder and paste.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can also be used as a binder of organic and inorganic powders.</li>
<li>It promotes wet disintegration and increases workability & resistance to sagging.</li>
<li>It improves pumping projection and reduces sedimentation & segregation during storage.</li>
<li>It is suitable for joint compounds for gypsum plasterboard, crack fillers, surface preparation, granulation and encapsulation.</li>
<li>It's elevated swelling capacity in contact with water allows it to break apart easily while maintaining elevated resistance when dry.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 1-3%.</li>
<li>PANGEL® M90F has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> PANGEL® S9 by Tolsa is a rheological additive for water-based systems. It imparts excellent thixotropic & pseudoplastic characters, improving spreading and application properties.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits high absorption capacity and high degree of interaction with polymers.</li>
<li>It controls system flow, ensuring optimum distribution of solvents, fillers and other components.</li>
<li>At rest, it provides high consistency to the system, producing a suspending effect and a great resistance to sagging- & settling, avoiding sedimentation.</li>
<li>Under a shear stress, it forces the viscosity to promptly fall down, easing manual and mechanical spreading & levelling.</li>
<li>PANGEL® S9 is suitable for epoxy adhesives, gaskets, sealants and mastics.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.05-2%.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> PANGEL® B20 by Tolsa is a powdered rheological additive for intermediate polarity systems. It exhibits high anti-settling capacity in formulations with high solids content.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It imparts thixotropy and sagging-resistance to systems based on aromatic & unsaturated polyester type solvents.</li>
<li>It improves wetting- & suspension properties and controls sliding in sealants and joints.</li>

<li>PANGEL® B20 also improves workability in unsaturated polyester putties.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> PANGEL® B10 by Tolsa is a powdered rheological additive with high thickening- and anti-settling capacity for intermediate to low polarity systems.<br>

<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> PANGEL® B42 by Tolsa is a powdered rheological additive with high thickening- and anti-sagging capacity. It is designed for high polarity systems based on alcohol, glycol & ketone type solvents as well as in mixtures of those with water.<br>

<li>It produces high consistency levels without affecting viscosity during application.</li>

<li>PANGEL® B42 is used in vinyl plastisol as well as polyurethane & acrylic sealants and joints.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.5-3%.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> PANGEL® B5 by Tolsa is a powdered rheological additive with a high thickening- and anti-settling capacity. It imparts thixotropic and sagging-resistance properties.<br>

<li>PANGEL® B5 improves wetting- & suspension properties and controls sliding in rubber sealants & joints.</li>
<li>It does not require polar activator for its dispersion.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> PANGEL® AD by Tolsa is a high-density, powdered rheological additive for water-borne systems. It acts as an anti-sagging- and anti-slipping agent. It controls system flow & consistency, ensuring optimal distribution of solvents, fillers & other components.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers improved workability, pumpability, thixotropy and pseudoplastic properties, improving stability & application properties.</li>
<li>It avoids both slipping & mortar sagging, reduces bleed & segregation during application and provides augmented density to the better handled.</li>
<li>It helps improve adherence to the substrate and furnish better texturing & surface finishing properties.</li>
<li>PANGEL® AD is suitable for epoxy adhesives, sealants and mastics.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage range varies between 0.25% and 2%.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> PANGEL® RMA 400 by Tolsa is a high performance liquid rheology modifying admixture. Due to its particular & unique structure, it is suitable for shotcrete/sprayed concrete applications.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is safer and healthier as it reduces dust generation and silica fume/microsilica.</li>
<li>It enhances sprayability and increases thickness build-up in a single pass.</li>
<li>It increases very early strength maximizing SCM content, and also increases mix design robustness allowing some moisture and aggregates grading tolerances.</li>
<li>It shows compatibility with the most concrete admixtures used in shotcrete (such as MR, HRWR, set retarders, alkali-free accelerators, AEA) and additions (such as SCM, fibers).</li>
<li>PANGEL® RMA 400 is used in temporary and permanent rock support in underground construction, slope stabilization and grouting applications.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.4-1.5% based on weight of cement.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 9 months.</li></ul> PANGEL® M250 by Tolsa is a high purity natural sodium montmorillonite-based rheology modifier. It is very resistant against contaminated water.<br>
