PANGEL® RMA 400 by Tolsa is a high performance liquid rheology modifying admixture. Due to its particular & unique structure, it is suitable for shotcrete/sprayed concrete applications.
- It is safer and healthier as it reduces dust generation and silica fume/microsilica.
- It enhances sprayability and increases thickness build-up in a single pass.
- It increases very early strength maximizing SCM content, and also increases mix design robustness allowing some moisture and aggregates grading tolerances.
- It shows compatibility with the most concrete admixtures used in shotcrete (such as MR, HRWR, set retarders, alkali-free accelerators, AEA) and additions (such as SCM, fibers).
- PANGEL® RMA 400 is used in temporary and permanent rock support in underground construction, slope stabilization and grouting applications.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.4-1.5% based on weight of cement.
- It has a shelf life of 9 months.
