PANGEL® M90F by Tolsa is a chloride-free, high purity sodium bentonite-based rheological additive with a selected particle size. It is specially developed to modify the rheology of joint compounds, plasters and fillers formulated in both powder and paste.
- It can also be used as a binder of organic and inorganic powders.
- It promotes wet disintegration and increases workability & resistance to sagging.
- It improves pumping projection and reduces sedimentation & segregation during storage.
- It is suitable for joint compounds for gypsum plasterboard, crack fillers, surface preparation, granulation and encapsulation.
- It's elevated swelling capacity in contact with water allows it to break apart easily while maintaining elevated resistance when dry.
- The recommended dosage level is 1-3%.
- PANGEL® M90F has a shelf life of 1 year.
