PowerStab™ 622 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a dimethyl succinate polymer with 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol. It is a non-discoloring, polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It offers low volatility, excellent resistance to migration, low basicity for reduced interactions with pigment and other stabilizers. It is compatible with EVA, PP fibers, polyurethane, polyacetals and elastomers. PowerStab™ 622 is suitable for adhesives and sealants. Recommended dosage level is 0.05-1.5%. It is FDA-approved. PowerStab™ 944 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a poly[[6-[(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl) amino]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl] [(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl4-piperidinyl)imino]-1,6-hexanediyl[(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)imino]]). It is a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer. It exhibits excellent light stabilization performance in polyolefins (thin- and thick-section), low volatility and excellent resistance to migration. It is compatible with PE, PP, TPO, polyamide fibers, flexible and rigid PVC, styrenic, xylene XLDPE, TPE’s and polyurethanes. PowerStab™ 944 is suitable for adhesive applications. PowerStab™ 292 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a blend of bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl)-sebacate and 1-(methyl)-8-(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl)-sebacate. It is a low molecular weight, excellent hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is available in light yellow viscous liquid form. It is compatible with polyurethane, flexible PVC, styrenic polymers (ABS, ASA), acrylics, unsaturated polyesters and elastomers. It is soluble in butylcarbitol, depanol J, hexanedioldiacrylate, 1-methoxyprpylacetate-2 and trimethylolpropanetriacrylate. PowerStab™ 292 is suitable for adhesives and sealants.
