PowerNox™ 1024 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2', 3-bis [3-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl] propionohydrazide. It is an antioxidant offering excellent extraction resistant to oil and aqueous media. It can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants to achieve synergistic performance. It is soluble in methylene chloride, n-hexane, paraffin oil and tetrahydrofuran. It is compatible with PE, PP, cross linked PE, EPDM, elastomers, nylon, PU, polyacetal and styrenic copolymers. PowerNox™ 1024 is suitable for hot-melt adhesives.
PowerNox™ 3052 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2, 2 methylene bis(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol) acrylate-based primary antioxidant. It is effective under high processing temperature, anaerobic polymerization, high shearing- and processing conditions. It can stabilize alkylene, butadiene and styrene-based polymers. It is compatible with thermoplastics, elastomers, polymer blends, HIPS, ABS, BR, SBR, SBS, SEBS, EPDM, EPM, MBS, MABS, SMA, rosin and rosin derivatives. PowerNox™ 3052 is suitable for adhesives and food contact applications.
PowerSorb™ 101 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a N-(ethyoxycarbonylphenyl)-N’-methyl-N’-phenylformamidine. It acts as a light stabilizer and provides excellent light protection. It is compatible with polyurethane systems. PowerSorb™ 101 is used in adhesives and sealants applications.
