PowerNox™ 1024 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2', 3-bis [3-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl] propionohydrazide. It is an antioxidant offering excellent extraction resistant to oil and aqueous media. It can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants to achieve synergistic performance. It is soluble in methylene chloride, n-hexane, paraffin oil and tetrahydrofuran. It is compatible with PE, PP, cross linked PE, EPDM, elastomers, nylon, PU, polyacetal and styrenic copolymers. PowerNox™ 1024 is suitable for hot-melt adhesives.
PowerNox™4150 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a primary and thio’s secondary antioxidant for organic polymers. It is a 4, 4'-thiobis(6-tert-butyl-m-cresol) available in white to off-white colored powder form. It exhibits high resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation. It shows good synergism with carbon black. It is compatible with polyolefins, peroxide, polystyrenes, rubber and raw material of metal deactivator for phosphite. PowerNox™4150 is used in polymerization and processing stabilizer for PP, ABS, PVC, EPDM elastomers and polybutadiene. It can be used as a skinning agent for hot-melt adhesive applications.
PowerNox™ 1035 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a sulphur containing primary phenolic antioxidant and heat stabilizer. It is a thiodiethylene bis[3-(3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxy-phenyl) propionate]. It is compatible with linear polyesters, PVC, polyamides, polyurethanes, elastomers such as SBS, EPR, EPDM & other synthetic rubbers, natural & synthetic tackifier resins and other organic substrates. It is also compatible with polyolefins like polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene as well as other polymers such as styrene homo- and copolymers. PowerNox™ 1035 can be used in carbon black. Recommended for adhesive applications.
