Extem™ Resin XH1015 by SABIC is a thermoplastic polyimide-based flame retardant. It exhibits long-term heat resistance, chemical resistance and high limited oxygen index. It promotes non-halogenated flame retardance, exceptional dimensional stability and imparts stable di-electrical constant & dissipation factors. It has improved dispersion and shows faster dissolution in epoxy systems and standard solvents. Extem™ Resin XH1015 also eliminates the drawback of semi-crystalline materials, imidized thermosets and competitive amorphous thermoplastics which can require post-molding curing or crystallization.
