Polywax™ 3000 polyethylene by NuCera Solutions is a rheology modifier. It is a fully saturated homopolymer of ethylene that exhibits a high degree of linearity and crystallinity. Polywax™ 3000 polyethylene offers sharp melt point, fast recrystallization, low melt viscosity, excellent heat stability and resistance to chemical attack. It provides high heats of fusion and sharp melting points. It is used in hot melt adhesives. Polywax™ 2000 polyethylene by NuCera Solutions is a rheology modifier for hot melt adhesives. Polywax™ EP-1100 copolymer by NuCera Solutions is a copolymer of propylene and ethylene wax. It possesses short chain branching and reduced polymer’s crystallinity. The branching provides a more flexible and softer polymer improved solvent solubility. In hot melt adhesive applications, Polywax™ EP-1100 copolymer provides improved flexibility while maintaining low viscosity and high set point. Polywax™ EP-700 copolymer by NuCera Solutions is a copolymer of propylene and ethylene. The addition of propylene results in short chain branching, which reduces the polymer’s crystallinity as compared to POLYWAX™ polyethylenes. Possesses controlled branching and controlled/narrow molecular weight distribution. Polywax™ EP-700 copolymer is designed for hot melt adhesives. Polywax™ 500 polyethylene by NuCera Solutions is a fully saturated ethylene homopolymer. Acts as a rheology modifier for hot melt adhesives. Exhibits a high degree of linearity and crystallinity. Shows sharp melt point, fast recrystallization, low melt viscosity, excellent heat stability and resistance to chemical attack. Polywax™ 500 polyethylene offers fast migration to surface. Provides limited solubility in solvents, hardness relative to molecular weight as well as fast set time from melt phase. Polywax™ 655 polyethylene by NuCera Solutions is a fully saturated homopolymer of ethylene that exhibits a high degree of linearity and crystallinity. Acts as a rheology modifier for hot melt adhesives. Exhibits sharp melt point, fast recrystallization, low melt viscosity, excellent heat stability and resistance to chemical attack. Offers limited solubility in solvents, hardness relative to molecular weight as well as fast set time from melt phase. Polywax™ 655 polyethylene also provides fast migration to surface.
