Dimethyl succinate polymer with 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol. Acts as a high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer. It can be combined with other Mayzo HALS or UV absorbers to attain synergistic effects. Offers low volatility as well as low melting point. Recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene, unsaturated polyester, EVA, polyacetals, polyurethane, styrenic, vinyl polymers and acrylics substrates. Ultraviolet Light Absorber that provides good light stability for plastics and other organic polymers. Offers maximum polymer protection and low color contribution, retards yellowing and loss of physical properties.
Compatible with a wide range of organic substrates. Improvement of long-term stability, low volatility. Benzotriazole type UV Absorber that imparts good light stability for organic polymers. Protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation helping to preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of polymeric systems. Can be used in polyesters, polyvinyl chlorides, styrenics, acrylics, polycarbonates and polyvinyl butyral.

Strong absorption of ultraviolet radiation in the 300-400 nm region, high degree of photostability, thermally stable to processing temperatures as high as 600°F. Good resistance to oxidizing and reducing agents used in polymerization and curing. Does not discolor during light or heat aging, synergistic performance with other stabilizers (HALS). Provides outstanding light stability to many polymers and also long-term stability to polyolefins by a radical trapping mechanism similar to that of hindered phenols.
Free-flowing, low dust, good resistance to extraction. Good long-term light stability in thick cross sections, low volatility.
