Polybutene-1 DP 8510 by LyondellBasell is a dispersible, random copolymer of butene-1 with high ethylene content. It is used as a blend component in hot melt adhesives (HMA) formulations and sealant compounds. It exhibits increased open time and maintains mechanical integrity at higher temperatures. It is suitable for combination with a wide variety of non-polar resins and waxes. It provides good abrasion- and chemical resistance, flexibility and toughness. Polybutene-1 DP 8510 offers high compatibility with polypropylene. Polybutene-1 DP 8910 PC by LyondellBasell is a random copolymer of butene-1 with high ethylene content. Polybutene-1 PB 0800 by LyondellBasell is a dispersible, heat-stabilized, isotactic, semi-crystalline polybutilene homopolymer. It is used as a concentrate carrier, as a rheology modifier for other olefins, in hot melt adhesive formulations and in sealants. It offers good creep resistance, environmental stress crack resistance and elevated temperature performance. Polybutene-1 PB 0800 provides outstanding heat-, abrasion- and chemical resistance, flexibility and toughness.
