Rhenocure® CRV/LG by LANXESS is 3-methyl-thiazolidine-thione-2-based accelerator for chloroprene rubber in injection-molded and extruded technical seals. Provides high degree of crosslinking in a short space of time. Can be activated with thiurams or dithiocarbamates. Rhenocure® CRV/LG offers good stress/strain values, good aging resistance and favorable compression characteristics. Rhenocure® Thiuram MS/C by LANXESS is tetramethyl monosulphide-based fast accelerator for the less sulfur vulcanization in seals. Can be easily incorporated. Rhenocure® Thiuram MS/C is used in combination with zinc oxide. Rhenocure® 1000 C by LANXESS is an accelerator for vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubber and as a catalyst of reaction between hindered polyisocyanates and amines for PUR joint-sealing materials. It is o-tolyl biguanide coated with mineral oil. Offers very slow scorch rates and relatively slow cure rates. Rhenocure® 1000 C can be used as a secondary accelerator with synergistic effect in conjunction with mercapto, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators. Rhenocure® Thiuram MS/EG/C by Lanxess is a fast accelerator for the less sulphur vulcanization in seals. It is tetramethylthiuramemonosulphide. Can be easily incorporated. Rhenocure® Thiuram MS/EG/C is used in combination with zinc oxide. Rhenocure® IS 60-5 by Lanxess is an antidust- and vulcanizing agent in natural and synthetic rubber compounds for technical seals. Suits for applications in which sulphur bloom or infiltration of neighboring layers of compound should be avoided. Provides laying up, welding and good ply-adhesion. The dosage level of Rhenocure® IS 60-5 is 1-4 phr. Rhenocure® IS 60 by LANXESS is a vulcanizing agent in natural and synthetic rubber compounds for technical seals. Suits for applications in which sulphur bloom or infiltration of neighboring layers of compound should be avoided. Provides laying up, welding and good ply-adhesion. The dosage level of Rhenocure® IS 60 is 1-4 phr.
