UviCure S110LV by Lambson (Sartomer) is a low viscosity 7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]hept-3-ylmethyl 7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane-3-carboxylate (standard cycloaliphatic epoxy base resin). Acts as a cationic photoinitiator. Cycloaliphatic epoxides will rapidly polymerize in the presence of strong cationic photoinitiators such as Speedcure 992 and Speedcure 976. Exhibits low shrinkage, excellent adhesion, no oxygen inhibition and good combination of flexibility and hardness. UviCure S110LV is suitable for DVD adhesives and sealants. Properties of the cured resin can be modified by the use of other additives and diluents such as UviCure S105 and UviCure S130 to improve hardness and scratch resistance. UviCure S128 is suitable for DVD adhesives and sealants.
