It is manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is recommended for paper applications. The shelf life of EXCEVAL™ RS-1717 is 12 months. It offers high gas-barrier, high protective colloidability & excellent adhesion property for both wood and paper. EXCEVAL™ RS-2713 is used as a stabilizer for highly water-resistant adhesives.
