TEGO® Antifoam 2290 by Evonik is a self-emulsifying, APEO-free organic antifoam concentrate. It is free of silicone and does not contain any silica. It is used in formulation and application of polymer dispersions/latices such as adhesives based on acrylates or PVAc. High shear forces on the diluted product should
be avoided.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It process aid for water-based polymerization of dispersions, thermoplastics and elastomers (e.g. de-monomerisation of SBR or NBR emulsions, handling of acrylates). </li>
<li> Recommended dosage may vary from 0.005-0.2%.</li>
<li> TEGO® Antifoam 2290 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> TEGO® Antifoam 204 by Evonik is an organo-modified siloxane. It has been designed for water-based adhesives. It does not contain silicone oil or APEO. It exhibits excellent long-term efficiency, combined with maximum compatibility with most polymer dispersions. Recommended dosage of TEGO® Antifoam 204 may vary over a wide range (0.05-0.5%). It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months. TEGO® Antifoam 288 by Evonik is an antifoam emulsion based on organo-modified siloxanes. It provides reliable foam control and excellent long-term efficiency. TEGO® Antifoam 288 is used in pressure sensitive adhesives. TEGO® RC 715 by Evonik is solvent-free silicone acrylate. It is used for the manufacture of self-adhesive products such as self-adhesive labels, tapes and hygiene products. It offers the ability to easily control release values, especially in the easy to control release range. TEGO® RC 715 may be cured by either electron beam or ultraviolet radiation. TEGO® Antifoam 4-94 by Evonik is an APEO-free antifoam emulsion based on organo-modified siloxanes. It provides reliable foam control and excellent long-term efficiency especially in pressure sensitive adhesives based on acrylates. It may also be used in aqueous media as well as the processing and application of emulsions and polymer dispersions. It offers excellent efficiency, maximum compatibility as well as eliminates undesirable effects such as silicone spotting and fish-eyes. TEGO® Antifoam 4-94 is used in PU dispersions, paper and paperboard adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives. It is typically used as an aqueous pre-dilution in a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 10. It has a shelf life of 6 months. TEGO® RC 722 by Evonik is a solvent-free, radical curing silicone acrylate grade. It exhibits increased abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, improved rub-off and low blend viscosity. It provides excellent anchorage and enables lower release level and release stability in combination with TEGO® RC 922. It does not cause any unwanted side effects resulting from the use of phosphoric acid acrylates, such as rubber roller applications, pot life issues and corrosion. Compatible with all substrates such as PE foams, PVC and PET. TEGO® RC 722 can be used at lower addition levels. Applications include specialized release liners on paper and plastic films, standard labels and specialty tapes. TEGO® VariPlus 1201 TF by Evonik is a polyurethane polyol resin. It exhibits good pigment wetting & stabilization (improves color strength of pigmented formulations). It shows good adhesion on plastic/ aluminum, improved blocking resistance and high light & heat resistance. Soluble in ethanol, butyl glycol, acetone, butyl acetate and TPGDA (tripropylene glycol diacrylate). It is highly suitable for solvent-borne formulations requiring good hardness, gloss and drying speed. Recommended addition level of TEGO® VariPlus 1201 TF is 5.0 - 20.0 % (solid calculated on binder solid). TEGO® Antifoam 4-88 by Evonik is an APEO-free and mineral oil-free antifoam emulsion based on organo-modified siloxanes.<br>

<li> It provides improved ageing properties, fast reaction time, easy processing, and very good release characteristics, even with aggressive self-crosslinking adhesives. </li>
<li> It has a shelf life of 24 months. </li></ul> TEGO® RC 711 by Evonik is a solvent-free silicone acrylate. It can be cured by either electron beam or ultraviolet radiation. It provides high release values and very good ageing characteristics. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It is used as an anchorage additive and for the manufacturing of self-adhesive labels and tapes. </li>
<li> It has shelf life of 24 months. </li></ul>
