TEGO® RC 722 by Evonik is a solvent-free, radical curing silicone acrylate grade. It exhibits increased abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, improved rub-off and low blend viscosity. It provides excellent anchorage and enables lower release level and release stability in combination with TEGO® RC 922. It does not cause any unwanted side effects resulting from the use of phosphoric acid acrylates, such as rubber roller applications, pot life issues and corrosion. Compatible with all substrates such as PE foams, PVC and PET. TEGO® RC 722 can be used at lower addition levels. Applications include specialized release liners on paper and plastic films, standard labels and specialty tapes.
