Silcolease® PC-107 by Elkem Silicones is a thermally curable, biocompatible, polyaddition silicone release coating. Acts as an easy release modifier. Silcolease® PC-107 is a milky-white emulsion containing medium vinyl content and a methyl hydrogen siloxane crosslinker. Exhibits good shear stability and excellent bath life even at high solids. Offers easy & increasing release surface at low stripping speeds & higher strip speeds respectively at low cure temperatures. It requires platinum catalyst emulsion also. Suitable for rubber-based & acrylic adhesives and other tacky materials such as pressure sensitive tapes and labels. Silcolease® PC-107, when properly used with Silcolease® PC-95 platinum catalyst, is currently permitted for direct and indirect food contact under Sections 21CFR175.320, 21CFR176.170 and 21CFR176.180 of the Federal Register. Silcolease® PC-188 by Elkem Silicones is a thermally curable, biocompatible, two-component polyaddition silicone release coating. Acts as an easy release agent. It is a milky-white emulsion containing methyl hydrogen crosslinker. It gives tighter release force performance in presence of a release modifier emulsion. Exhibits good shear stability and excellent bath life even at high solids. Offers a flat, easy & increasing release surface at low stripping speeds & higher strip speeds respectively at low cure temperatures. It requires platinum catalyst emulsion also. Suitable for styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) adhesives such as pressure sensitive tapes and labels. Silcolease® PC-188, when properly used with Silcolease® PC-95 platinum catalyst, is currently permitted for direct and indirect food contact under Sections 21CFR175.320, 21CFR176.170 and 21CFR176.180 of the Federal Register. Silcolease® RE POLY 11362 by Elkem Silicones is 100% recycled, solvent-free silicone polymer designed for release liners, labels and tapes. It provides reliable non-stick and easy-release properties of self-adhesive materials. It is a sustainable product developed by patented depolymerization technology. It demonstrated the same processing capabilities as virgin ones, even when running at high processing speed. Silcolease® RE POLY 11362 has 70% lower carbon footprint compared to its non-recycled counterparts. Silcolease® RE POLY 368 by Elkem Silicones is solvent-free, 100% recycled silicone polymer for release liners, labels and tapes. It is a sustainable product developed by patented depolymerization technology. It provides reliable non-stick and easy-release properties of self-adhesive materials. Silcolease® RE POLY 368 has 70% lower carbon footprint compared to its non-recycled counterparts. Silcolease® Emulsion Cata 909 by Elkem Silicones is a non-ionic aqueous emulsion of polymethylsiloxane grafted with reactive chemicals with the addition of a platinum salt. Acts as an emulsion catalyst. Exhibits fast curing rate, potential to be used with low catalyst levels, high catalyzed bath stability and longer catalyst shelf life. It is adapted for OFF LINE or IN LINE converting. Silcolease® Emulsion Cata 909 is suitable for use in manufacturing adhesives for protectors (labels, personal care, envelopes) and industrial uses (transfer paper tapes). It is generally used for polyaddition emulsions like Silcolease® Emulsion 902. Conforms with the various food contact legislations (BGVV chapter XVA - XXXVI and FDA-CFR 21 - 175-300 ; 176-170 ; 178-3400). Silcolease® PSA 408 by Elkem Silicones is a solution of polydimethyl siloxane gum and resin diluted in toluene. It is a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA). Exhibits excellent performance in terms of tackiness and peel, good temperature performances, moderate viscosity, moisture and aging resistance. Offers improved production efficiency( high cure speed). Silcolease® PSA 408 is used in high performance pressure sensitive masking tapes, electrical tapes and splicing tapes. Silcolease® Emulsion 912 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Enables offline/inline converting, high catalyzed bath stability and potential to be used with low catalytic levels. Silcolease® Emulsion 912 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion catalyst 913 and, if necessary a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion RCA 954 and Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 966. Silcolease® Emulsion 902 by Elkem Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Enables offline/inline converting, high catalysed bath stability, high catalyzed bath stability, versatility and good anchorage. Silcolease® Emulsion 902 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion catalyst 903 and, if necessary a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion RCA 954 and Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 966. Suitable for use in manufacturing adhesives for protectors (labels, personal care, envelopes) and industrial uses (transfer paper tapes). Silcolease® Emulsion 908 by Elkem Silicones is a silicone emulsion. It cures quickly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Silcolease® Emulsion 908 enables offline/inline converting, high catalyzed bath stability, good water repellency, and good anchorage. Silcolease® Emulsion 908 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion 903 and the catalysts Silcolease® Catalyst 909 and, if necessary, a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion RCA 954 and Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 966. Suitable for use in manufacturing adhesives for protectors (labels, personal care, envelopes) and industrial uses (transfer paper tapes). Silcolease® PSA 400 by Elkem Silicones is a solution of polydimethyl siloxane gum and resin diluted in toluene. It is a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). Exhibits excellent cohesive strength at room and high temperatures, good resistance to humidity and natural ageing, and high viscosity. Silcolease® PSA 400 Offers high shear resistance, improved loop tack adhesion with good peel adhesion, and increased productivity (quick drying). Silcolease® PSA 400 is suitable for the production of high-performance pressure-sensitive systems. Used in plasma/flame spray masking tapes and electrical tapes.
