Elvamide® 8063 by DuPont is nylon multipolymer resin by DuPont for adhesives. Possesses good adhesion to nylon yarns. Offers good abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and elongation. Provides high melting point, economical in use and consistent quality. Elvamide® 8063 shows crosslinking with epoxy, melamine and phenol formaldehyde resins. Elvamide® 8061 by DuPont is nylon multipolymer resin suitable for adhesion to nylon yarns. Offers very good abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and elongation. Provides high melting point, consistent quality and is economical in use. Shows crosslinking with epoxy, melamine and phenol formaldehyde resins. Used in thermoset adhesives and blends. Adhesive blends containing less than 60% Elvamide® 8061 are less flexible, have lower peel strength and lower shear strength. However, as little as 20% Elvamide® 8061 significantly improves the flexibility of brittle thermosetting resins. Elvamide® 8023R by DuPont is a nylon multipolymer resin. It possesses good adhesion to nylon yarns. It has great tensile strength, elongation, and superior abrasion resistance. It offers benefits including a high melting point, affordable use, and reliable quality. Elvamide® 8023R exhibits crosslinking with phenol formaldehyde, epoxy, and melamine resins. Elvamide® 8066 by DuPont is a nylon multipolymer resin. Used in textile adhesives. Possesses lower melting point.
