Desmoseal® S XP 2749 by Covestro is an aliphatic silane-terminated prepolymer. It is suitable as a binder for producing flexible adhesives and sealants. Recommended for moisture resistant and solvent-free coatings. Desmoseal® S XP 2749 has a shelf life of 6 months. Desmoseal® S XP 2774 by Covestro is an aliphatic silane-terminated prepolymer. It is suitable as a binder for producing highly flexible adhesives and sealants. Recommended for solvent-free and moisture resistant adhesives. It has a shelf life of 6 months. Desmoseal® M 280 by Covestro is an aromatic prepolymer based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate. Used as a binder in the formulation of one-component polyurethane sealants. It is a polymer preparation of medium viscosity, 80% in solvent. It suitable for moisture-curing one-component systems. The storage life of Desmoseal® M 280 is six months and recommended storage temperature is 18-30 °C. It is a silane terminated polyurethane prepolymer. Desmoseal® S XP 2458 is used as a base resin in solvent-free, moisture-curing one-pack systems. These systems cure without bubbles or blisters if properly processed. Addition of a suitable filler to the product is required to achieve enhanced adhesive properties. The maximum storage temperature for this product is 50°C (122°F). Used in the formulation of moisture-curing sealant and in various applications like wood, plastic, metal, transportation, furniture, construction and housing. Aromatic polyisocyanate prepolymer based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate. Used in the formulation of polyurethane sealants, especially technical sealants for industrial and automotive applications.
