DESMODUR® VT 06 by Covestro is a TDI-MDI blend. It is a mixture of different aromatic diisocyanates and isomers and homologues of higher functionality. The shelf life of DESMODUR® VT 06 is 12 months and recommended temperature is 15-40°C. Modified diphenyl-methane-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI). DESMODUR® PF by Covestro is solvent-free liquid of medium viscosity at temperature above 20°C that crystallizes at lower temperature.<br>

<li>DESMODUR® PF is recommended for adhesives for bonding many materials, such as wood, metal and plastics.</li></ul> DESMODUR® 44 MC FUSED by Covestro is a monomeric diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI). It is solid at room temperature and liquid above around 40°C. It is suitable for combination with Baycoll®, Desmophen® and Acclaim® in the formulation of adhesives. Recommended storage temperature of DESMODUR® 44 MC FUSED is < 5°C. It has a shelf life of three months. DESMODUR® PL 340 BA/SN by Covestro is a blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate based on IPDI. It is supplied as 60% in butyl acetate/solvent naphtha® 100, 18:22. It offers resistance to weathering, chemicals and thermal yellowing. Can be thinned to a solids content of 40% by wt. with ketones, esters, ether esters, aromatic hydrocarbons and solvent naphtha® 100 and 150. DESMODUR® PL 340 BA/SN has a shelf life of 6 months. Desmodur® VKS 20 by Covestro is a mixture of diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate(MDI) with isomers and higher functional homologues (PMDI). Used in the formulation of reactive solvent-free, two-component adhesives and moisture-curing one-component adhesives for wood, metal and plastics. Shelf life of Desmodur® VKS 20 is 6 months. Desmodur® N 3200 by Covestro is a solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate (low-viscosity HDI biuret). It can be thinned with esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, methoxypropylacetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, solvent naphtha® 100 and mixtures thereof. Desmodur® N 3200 has a shelf life of 6 months. Desmodur® E 210 by Covestro is a solvent-free aromatic polyisocyanate prepolymer. It is based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Desmodur® E 210 is used in reactive adhesives and sealants and in two-component polyurea caulks for construction, transportation and furniture. It has a shelf life of six months. Desmodur® VK 10L by Covestro is a mixture of diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI) with isomers and higher functional homologues (PMDI). Used in the formulation of reactive two-component adhesives and moisture curing one-component adhesives for wood, metal and plastics. The shelf life of Desmodur® VK 10L is six months and recommended storage temperature is 10-30°C. Desmodur® eco N 7300 by Covestro is a bio-based polyisocyanate based on pentamethylene diisocyanate (PDI). It acts as a hardening agent. It exhibits resistance to weathering, scratching and chemicals. Offers good processability. A large proportion of the carbon content – 70% – is biomass-based. The starting product is a starch from field corn, a feed and industrial crop that is not intended for human consumption and does not compete directly with food production. Suitable for use in polyurethane (PU) adhesives. Desmodur® eco N 7300 has a shelf life of six months. Desmodur® VKS 10 by Covestro is a mixture of diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate(MDI) with isomers and higher functional homologues (PMDI). Used in formulation of reactive two-component adhesives and moisture-curing one-component adhesives for wood, metal, plastics. The shelf life of Desmodur® VKS 10 is six months and recommended storage temperature is 10-300 °C.
